Valbia was founded in 1995 and it is the only company in Italy specialized in the production and in the international distribution of electric and pneumatic actuators. After more than 25 years, success is constant, thanks to a complete range in continuous expansion which includes not only actuators but multiple combinations of automated valves, suitable for the most different kinds of applications.
Quality in Valbia acquires a total dimension: checks are present, in fact, in every company sector and throughout the production chain. Valbia also aims to offer its customers truly sustainable products at every step of their life cycle, from the choice of low environmental impact materials to recycling and proper waste management. With daily work, Valbia has obtained the most important certifications:
Every person who works in Valbia undertakes every day to enrich the company with their skills thanks to passion, energy and enthusiasm. Values fully shared by Valbia itself, which encourage this virtuous journey by promoting the professional growth of its employees through training courses and offering them an inclusive environment.

Bonomi Group, together with the companies Valpres, Valbia, Penta, Ghibson and Quam, confirms its presence at Valve World Expo from 3 to 5 December in Düsseldorf, the international reference event for the industrial valve sector.
An appointment not to be missed with over 450 exhibiting companies, more than 65 expert speakers and 12,000 participants.
In Hall 3, at stand D39, Bonomi Group will display some of its representative solutions in its portfolio:
Valpres Series 760 V-PACK split body ball valve with Valbia electric actuator: a split body ball valve, ideal for chemical and industrial applications, capable of withstanding pressures up to 100 bar and temperatures from -40°C to 180°C. Equipped with a V-Pack system with a PTFE gasket, it ensures a perfect seal and smooth operation. Valpres Series 763 valve with Valbia pneumatic actuator: a Wafer-Split ball valve designed for high-pressure process skids offering the advantage of narrow gauge and wide fluid dynamic compatibility. Ghibson DL valve with Valbia actuator: a butterfly valve with inflatable rubber seats, ideal for abrasive applications and solid particles in pipes up to DN500. Valbia MT multi-turn actuator: a 100% Made in Italy actuator designed with an AC-Brushless motor controlled by an inverter. Its innovative features allow precise control and protection of valves from pressure peaks and water hammers. Sat3 valve for abrasive services and Penta scraper with Pentafite seats: the SAT3 valve is equipped with scrapers that protect the ball and seats from wear and impurities. The Pentafite seats guarantee a perfect seal up to 720°C or 420 bar, making it ideal for high-temperature applications. Penta's WSS valve with cavity filler: an advanced model that prevents the accumulation of solids in the valve body, thanks to a Peek filler shell, suitable for temperatures from -40°C to +250°C and free of fluorinated PFAS compounds. Choke Quam valve: used in the oil and gas industry, these valves are designed to handle critical conditions at high pressure and temperature, with customised control mechanisms to optimise fluid flow in wells.Don't miss the opportunity to visit stand D39- Hall 3 and discover Bonomi Group's wide range of valves and actuators!
The MT multi-turn actuator, launched in January 2023 by Valbia to meet the various needs of the water treatment market, has just been granted a patent for its AC-Brushless motor solution controlled by Inverter.
Thanks to its wide speed range, it allows separate management of gradual valve starts and/or stops, and without having to replace any of the actuator's internal components it is possible to set variable, even partial, opening and closing times.
